All of our Pro apps include a Restore Purchases option in the settings/info panel. As long as you are signed into the same Apple Account that performed the original purchase, the App Store will instantly restore your license for free. Tap "Restore" inside the app, and you are ready to go!
Absolutely not. 1stfancy studio operates under a strict local-first privacy mandate. The C++ image processing engine (ImageGadget) and the document scanning module (Scan Smart) perform every single computation directly on your device. Your photos and document scans are stored locally in the app's sandboxed filesystem and never touch our servers or third-party networks.
Our image engine performs heavy mathematical matrix operations directly on raw, high-resolution original image pixels to generate pristine results. On extremely large photographs, this requires substantial CPU/GPU graphics cycles. If processing takes too long, look for the preview resolution toggle inside the app, which downsamples the display preview while keeping export files at maximum quality.
All transactions, downloads, and billing details are processed exclusively by Apple. 1stfancy studio does not collect, store, or manage financial metadata. To request a refund, please visit Apple's official portal at reportaproblem.apple.com, log in with your Apple Account, select the purchase, and tap "Request Refund".
